From June 11–14, 2025, Techik Instrument made a powerful impression at ProPak Asia 2025 held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). Exhibiting at Hall 101, Booth AE58, Techik unveiled a suite of innovative technologies, including its Ultra-HD Dual-Energy X-ray System, UHD Optical Sorter, and other advanced inspection and sorting equipment—drawing significant attention from industry professionals across Southeast Asia.

 

One of the showstoppers was the Ultra-HD Dual-Energy X-ray Inspection System, engineered to tackle industry-specific pain points in frozen vegetables, poultry, and meat processing. By leveraging ultra-high-definition imaging and material recognition through dual-energy technology, the system achieves precise detection of tiny contaminants like sand, fine sieve wires, and even thin fragments of aluminum or glass within frozen and stacked products.
A meat processing visitor commented, “Stacked frozen products used to be nearly impossible to inspect thoroughly—but this machine acts like X-ray vision for our production line!”

 

 

The UHD Optical Sorter, also demonstrated live on site, quickly removed impurities such as hair and blemishes from dehydrated vegetables. With its modular, quick-release design, the system can be disassembled and cleaned within minutes—making it an ideal fit for hygiene-critical environments.
A purchasing manager from a food company remarked, “This design perfectly balances high efficiency and easy cleaning—just what we need on our production line.”

 

Another highlight of the show was the next-generation Fish Bone X-ray Inspection System, which integrates 4K imaging and real-time AI bone detection on a large display. Its automated anti-clogging conveyor system drastically improves de-boning efficiency. The inclined structure, waterproof design, and food-grade stainless steel construction ensure optimal hygiene and adaptability in wet processing environments.
A Thai seafood processor shared, “This isn’t just a detection device—it’s a smart assistant that helps cut costs and boost efficiency.”

 

 

Techik also introduced its Compact Combo Metal Detector and Checkweigher, which combines metal detection and weight checking in a single system. Its compact cantilever frame makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines.
After testing the system, a QA supervisor remarked, “It’s compact, responsive, and solves our space limitations on the shop floor.”

 

With a strong focus on intelligent automation, hygiene, and production efficiency, Techik’s latest offerings at ProPak Asia 2025 delivered comprehensive inspection and sorting solutions across the food manufacturing chain—from raw material processing to final product packaging. During the show, several Southeast Asian enterprises expressed strong interest in partnering with Techik, highlighting the company’s growing influence in the global food inspection and quality control sector.
