The Techik TXRFA Series brings fat content analysis, contaminant detection and weight inspection together in one inline system. Designed for bulk and boxed meat, it uses dual-energy X-ray technology and a dedicated high-definition fat analysis detector to measure the fat content of raw materials while checking for contaminants such as metal, glass and hard bone.
Detector signals are processed by Techik’s proprietary algorithms and deep-learning recognition technology. Techik’s large AI model is designed to improve inspection accuracy and reduce false detections. Real-time fat information can support manual or automatic blend adjustment toward the target lean-to-fat ratio.
• Dual-energy technology distinguishes materials by composition.
• Real-time inline fat percentage analysis using proprietary algorithms.
• Simultaneous fat analysis, contaminant detection and weight inspection.
• Detection of metal, glass and hard bone in bulk and boxed meat.
• Hygienic design for meat-processing environments, with optional IP69K protection for easier washdown.
• An integrated layout can reduce the need for separate equipment, helping save floor space, labor and capital investment.
The TXRFA Series is designed for bulk and boxed meat. Select the model and inspection configuration according to product format, dimensions, maximum belt load, fat-analysis requirements and production conditions. Actual inspection performance must be confirmed with the product to be processed.
1. The product enters the inspection zone.
2. X-rays pass through the product.
3. The dual-energy detector receives the signals.
4. The system performs real-time fat percentage analysis.
5. The result guides manual or automatic replenishment and blend adjustment.
6. The process moves toward the configured target lean-to-fat ratio.
7. The conforming product exits the system.
The replenishment method, target ratio and integration with upstream or downstream equipment are application-specific and should be defined for the production process.
